  1. I would love it if Leiendecker could be a weekend starter this year. He is definitely one of the 3 most talented pitchers on the roster, but he needs to get his control right. With that summer BA and great OBP, what do you this his chances in the OF this year are?

  2. From IU press release -- Freshman Micah "Johnson is one of the top players in Indiana heading into the 2009 season. He can play both infield and outfield and was named all state as a junior [and sophomore] for Courtney Whitehead at Park Tudor after hitting .561 with a .963 slugging percentage. The speedy Johnson scored 40 runs and stole 14 bases in addition to hitting 13 doubles, four triples and eight homers as a junior."

  3. Would like to see Leiendecker pitch again . but he needs to get his command and confidence back!! If he can play the field and rake like he did this summer we can definately use him in the OF! His Pitching Resume still has victories over the 2008 and 2009 College World Series Champs, Not bad.
