Phegley Goes 3 for 4 in First Minor League Game
Playing in Class A baseball for the Kannapolis Intimidators (Chicago White Sox), Phegley went 3 for 4 in his first minor league start yesterday on June 28th. All three hits were singles (2 line drives to center field and 1 line drive to right field). His only out came in his 2nd at-bat as he grounded out to 3rd base. Phegley did not catch in the game, but rather started in the DH spot and batted in the #8 hole. This is a great first game for the talented former Hoosier, and we all hope to see many more in the near future.
